Romance, Love Or Relationships:

When reversed, the Star still bodes very well for love relationships, especially existing love relationships. However, there may be a stumbling block on one or both sides which will need to be resolved before the really excellent possibilities for the relationship can come shining through. Think about what the blocks might be on your side (the only side you can truly change) and work through them. If you are single and feel that you’re ready for love, again, consider what may be standing in the way of attracting the relationship you want. Is it your self esteem – too low, or too high, bordering on arrogance? First think that through, work on it, then get out and mingle. A new relationship could happen soon. But first you need to examine and/or eliminate any blocks.

Card Meanings: Lack Of Faith, Broken Dreams, Focusing On The Negative, Disappointment, Boredom, Bad Luck, Hopelessness, Imbalance, Lack Of Creativity, Despair, Lack Of Inspiration

When the Star appears, you are likely to find yourself feeling rather inspired and you will be feeling rather more hopeful about the future than you have in a while. You will also feel more confident that your needs – whether these are emotional or financial needs or both – will be met. Nothing can be taken for granted of course, but it is unlikely that your confidence is misplaced. This is also a very spiritual card and you may find yourself, at least for a time, feeling at one with all of creation. It’s not a common feeling so make sure you savor it.

Development for Beginners: A good way to start developing your telepathic skills, which will also provide you with more immediate proof of results, is to practice communicating telepathically with people in service positions, for example, the waiters and waitresses in a restaurant.

Tarot Card Meanings: Many traditional ‘fortune-tellers’ will happily use a standard playing card deck to read the future.  However, Tarot’s popularity has become more widespread in the last century with a broad section of the population.  The main difference between the Tarot and standard, modern, playing cards is the fact that they contain an additional group of cards.  The two groups are the ‘Major Arcana’ and the ‘Minor Arcana’, roughly translated as the ‘great secrets/mysteries’ and ‘lesser secrets/mysteries’.    The Major Arcana can be said to represent the greater movements of fate or significant changes and influences in our lives.  They also represent greater spiritual forces and our own underlying personality and motivation.  The Minor Arcana can be seen as relating to lesser influences, smaller day-to-day events and minor issues or changes in life.  They can relate more to the things that are happening in the ‘here and now’, while the Major Arcana represent major influences in our past, present and future.

Development for Beginners: Needless to say, my legume staring contests were incredibly anti-climatic. Yep, every last one of those beady little broccoli florets just sat there on my plate staring back at me, defiantly unresponsive to the power of my mental faculties. But for me, that’s where it all started – with an avid interest, some hearty determination, and a strong dislike of leafy greens.
