Tarot Triumphs: The corresponding card from one of the earliest known Tarot sets, the Visconti-Sforza, has a piquant series of sayings written in Latin. The first three translate as ‘I shall reign,’ ‘I am reigning,’ and ‘I have reigned.’ These are emblazoned on ribbons attached to figures on the wheel.
