When this card appears in reverse, you may be finding yourself feeling a powerful attraction to someone that you work with. This is not a bad thing, however the reversal does indicate that you should be more than usually cautious with mixing business and pleasure. Be sure that you know what you are getting into. Angel Encyclopedia: The number of apsaras is large; one source records 35 million. They choose lovers among the dead fallen on the battlefield. They have the power of changing their form, are fond of playing dice, and give luck to those whom they favor. They produce madness, and the Atharva Veda gives charms against them.
Tarot Triumphs: The earliest Tarot cards that survive come from Italy in the mid-fifteenth century. Several incomplete sets, which were exquisitely painted for aristocratic patrons such as the prominent Sforza and Visconti families, are still preserved. It was initially thought that one very fine deck originated earlier, in late fourteenth-century France, but this pack, still referred to as the Charles VI Tarot, is now more reliably designated as Italian. It was possibly made in Ferrara and is dated to the fifteenth century. Italy thus seems to have played a key role, if not the key role, in launching the Tarot in Europe. Reversed Cards: The moon offers us one of the most amazing mirrors we could possibly look into: our dreams. Each and every night the moon sets the stage for a reflective show like no other. For most people, their dream time is random, unintentional, and often just a repeat of the day that has now passed. But for others, this sacred reflective space is a mirror for answers, communication, and deliberate creation. Wayne Dyer once said that he would set the intention for his dreams before he went to sleep each and every night and that the last thought you send out before you drift off to sleep is the one that God hears the loudest. Do you know what messages you share with God the loudest? If you have received the Moon in the mirror aspect, you are being asked to become aware of your dreams. If you hear this reminder a lot, like I myself do, it is because you are not being as mindful and aware of the creative space the Moon is providing for you. Try doing the Wayne Dyer exercise and thinking intentionally before you head off to sleep. Make sure that mother/father/god hears only that which you want to experience more of and not what you only want to whine about. Tonight practice setting the intention for guidance and assistance in your dreams. It wont be easy, but with a little practice and a little time, you too will learn how to explore the magical mirror aspect of the Moon card.
