The Seven of Disks is very often a card about returns on investments. This can be literal such as a bank account returning money to you, or figuratively, such as the investments of time, effort, and energy that you have put into a relationship. You will be reaping what you have sown. This is generally positive.

Psychic Abilities : No matter what you are going through in life, it is always nice to have people who know and understand what you are going through. In most cases those people are often are close friends and family members, but sometimes they are not the best choice for a true support system. As you discover your new found abilities you are going to want to talk to people who understand what you are going through, as well as people who understand just what it is you are talking about. Unless other family or friends share your same gifts, chances are they are not going to have any kind of clue as to what you are talking about. To build this kind of support system you are going to have to go out and meet new people and the only way to do that is to talk about your gift in a social setting.

Portable Magic: By the year 1781, the early history of the Tarot had long been forgotten, allowing the French Freemason and savant, Antoine Court de Gebelin (1728?1784), to proclaim in the eighth volume of his nine volume encyclopaedia, MondeprimitiJ that the Tarot had originated as part of the esoteric wisdom tradition of the ancient Egyptians. Tarot Triumphs: The usual Tarot representation of Strength is that of a woman bending over a lion and calmly but firmly opening its jaws. The French name for this card is La Force, which indeed means strength, but my Grimaud Marseilles pack keeps the translation as Force in its English version, which seems to be the very opposite of what this card is about. Strength here is definitely not about force in the English sense of the word. Here, gentleness triumphs over brute force, which also sets up one of those intriguing Tarot paradoxes: how can a woman tame such a savage creature without using force? Some earlier versions of Tarot show this card as a woman breaking a pillar in half or a man clubbing a lion, but these are crude allegories by comparison.
