What do reversed cards/card strength mean?
Uriel is the Regent of the Sun and is the most radiant of the Archangels. He is shown with a flame in his open hand. He also rules over thunder and terror. Uriel is sometimes seen with a book at his feet, signifying the book he gave to Adam with all the medicinal herbs in it.

Uriel, whose name means ‘Light of God’, is the angel who brings humankind knowledge and understanding of the Divine. He is the most radiant of angels and has been depicted descending from heaven on a fiery chariot drawn by white horses.
He has been variously called the Flame of God, Angel of the Presence, and Angel of Salvation. He is also known as the Prince of Light and interpreter of prophecies. It was Uriel whom God sent to Noah to warn him of the deluge. The Bible also tells how Uriel descended into the Garden of Eden on a sunbeam and stood at its gate with a fiery sword. He is also the angel who watches over thunder and terror. As the Angel of Repentance he can help us to understand the laws of karma, which, put very simply, mean that we reap what we sow. Uriel also helps us understand how Divine mercy works and brings us awareness that we are all cherished by God’s love.
He is supposed to be the most sharp-sighted of all the angels. He is often represented with the flame of knowledge in his open hand, which mankind can draw upon for health and welfare. If this knowledge is abused then it is Uriel who delivers Divine retribution. Uriel helps us understand why all things are as they are. He helps us trust in the Divine plan so that when things appear to be going wrong we can know that ultimately they are for the highest good and greatest joy.
Uriel helps us interpret our inner voice and our dreams. He guides us towards understanding our essential nature and towards taking more responsibility for our lives. With his guidance we have the possibility of fulfilling our potential as creative spirits. Uriel helps us to find our inner light and to become as radiant as the sun when we express the fullness of the love and beauty within ourselves.

Book DetailsAngel Insights : Weve already talked about some of the angels you will get messages from: helper angels, archangels, and guardian angels. Again, you can hone in with practice and time and learn to distinguish one angel from another, although its not necessary to do so. The important thing is the message, not which angel is giving it. I realize I am partial to angels, but I feel most of the intuitive guidance I get comes from angels. This actually makes sense as angels are the messengers of Spirit. Taking our messages up to Spirit and bringing messages back down from heaven is simply one of the things angels do best. Also our guardian angels are devoted to us in a way that other spirits may not be. You should feel comfortable calling on ascended masters such as Jesus and Buddha; you can actually access their energy any time and their spirits are able to be all places at once. But as you know, guiding you is not their entire purpose. However, your guardian angels are always nearby and you are their top priority. Also I dont think spirit guides can jump in and intervene in the dramatic ways an angel can (like saving you from a fire, performing a miracle healing, etc.).

Angel Insights : You can call on archangels for extra support, but often they are already supporting you behind the scenes without your knowledge, which was my experience with Archangel Uriel. A few years ago when I was working on my first book, Heaven on Earth: A Guided Journal for Creating Your Own Divine Paradise, I spent lots of time and energy establishing myself as an author. Reaching out to people on social media, writing articles, working on book projectsI really came out swinging. As always, I constantly asked the angels for support, and I could feel their presence very consistently and intensely. I celebrated each victory with the angels, and I asked them for wisdom when things didnt go as Id hoped. I honestly hadnt thought too much about the archangels, or any archangel in particular. But one day as I was thinking about writing this section of the book on archangels, I silently asked the angel realm which archangels shared a special connection to me. Suddenly the name Uriel was spoken into my ear, clear and certain. Of course, I thought. Uriel helps with ideas and creativity, especially as they relate to the Divine. Uriel can work to deliver big spiritual insights, the kind of insights I was trying to put into my books and deliver to others. Uriel had been helping me all along, giving me ideas even though I didnt consciously realize it or ask for this help. Let me tell you,though, Uriel got a big thank you the day I realized how indebted I was to this archangel, and Uriel deserves another thank you right now for closely guiding me through writing this book.
